Project INNOMEC

(2013-2015) – LLP Grundtvig Multilateral, aims at the improvement of the key competences of Elderly Care Centres’ (ECC) staff through an “Agile Management” approach and peer-learning pathways among practitioners in order to provide better learning opportunities for individuals and communities. The work process is based on the valorisation of European best practices on active ageing and the solidarity between generations to foster and to improve active ageing policies and the involvement of elderly people in community life. The project is coordinated by Speha Fresia Cooperative Company - (Italy)

Project ForAge

(2012 -2015) - LLP Grundtvig Network, aims at enlarging the recognition of the value of learning for seniors as a way to promote inclusion, participation and intergerational solidariety among european societies. The network is integrating by 19 partners, partnered by AidLearn and The Slovenian Third Age University and coordinated by the University of Leicester - (United Kingdom)

Projeto MATURE

(2012-2014) - LLP Grundtvig Multilateral, aimes at providing training to improve teaching and learning for older adults in formal and non-formal adult education. Training will focus on ways to connect with and motivate non-participant groups of older people and fulfil their overt and covert learning needs. Partnered by AidLearn and coordinated by the University of Leicester - (United Kingdom)

Projecto VINTAGE

(2011-2013) - LLP Grundtvig Multilateral, aims at creating a system to provide seniors' training, software and hardware, to include them in using ICT. Partnered by AidLearn and coordinated by Centro Studi Città di Foligno - (Itally)

Projecto PEER

(2011-2013) - LLP Grundtvig Multilateral, aimed at providing and facilitating peer learning, unnformal and non formal in online communities supported on Web 2.0 tools, customised for adults 50+. Partnered by AidLearn and coordinated by ZSI - (Austria)

Projecto SESP

(2011-2013) - LLP LdV Transfer of Innovation, adapted a model, curriculum and learning content about strategic planning targeted to social enterprises. Partnered by AidLearn and coordinated by SZREDA - (Romenia)

Project Learn+

(2009-2011) - LLP Grundtvig Multilateral, created a blended course for adult educators on diversity management. Promoted and coordinated by AidLearn - (Portugal)

Project LARA

(2008-2010) - LLP Grundtvig Multilateral, created a learning package to prepare individuals to develop suitable competencies for ageing well and actively. Partnered by AidLearn, promoted by VHS Hamburger (Germany) and coordinated by Bia-Net - (Austria)
