Focus groups are currently taking place in each country of the partnership to analyse critically the selected European fiction films and discuss their concentration on competencies for ageing well.
The CINAGE consortium has completed the list of the selected European films with the movie "Vou para Casa", 2001, by Manoel de Oliveira.
Maria Helena Antunes, the coordinator of CINAGE, has participated in the "Kick-off meeting of new projects 2013 Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Key Activity 4", which was held on Thursday 30th and Friday 31th January 2014 in Brussels, Belgium, promoted by the European Commission/EACEA.
The CinAge project team has selected the 12 European films, after 2000, that best illustrate the competencies for active ageing! These films will soon be critically analyse by focus groups with representatives from the target audience.
